Terms & Conditions — The Rio

Welcome to The Rio. By booking a private cinema cabin, gaming lounge slot, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • Bookings must be made exclusively through our official website. We do not accept bookings via phone calls, social media messages, or on-site walk-ins without prior online reservation.

  • A reservation is only confirmed once full or required advance payment is successfully processed.

  • Customers must arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their scheduled time slot. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of time.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and inclusive of applicable service charges.

  • Online card payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner (PayHere).

  • We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected by price changes.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • No Cancellations: Once a booking is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, and payments are strictly non-refundable.

  • No Rescheduling: Booked time slots cannot be changed, transferred, or rescheduled to another date or time.

  • No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a confirmed booking without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of the payment (No refund).

4. Equipment & Property Damage

  • Guests are expected to use audio-visual equipment, gaming consoles, controllers, and furniture with care.

  • Any intentional damage, mishandling, or vandalism to property/equipment will be assessed, and the customer will be held fully liable for replacement or repair costs.

5. Conduct & Safety Guidelines

  • Smoking, vaping, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited inside the premises.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any individual displaying disorderly or inappropriate conduct without refund.
